Qwava Privacy Policy

Last updated: Now 2025

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to both the Qwava app and the Qwava website (www.qwava.app).

We care deeply about privacy. That’s why we designed Qwava to keep your data on your device and avoid unnecessary tracking.

If you have any questions, please contact us at info@pulgoso.de.

Qwava App Privacy Policy

What we (don’t) collect

The Qwava app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties.

All actions you take inside the app — such as saving decks, marking favorites, or highlighting — are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

We do not use:
- Analytics or advertising tools
- Cookies or tracking technologies
- Push notifications or background data transfers

Legal basis under GDPR

Because Qwava does not process or store any personal data, the data protection obligations under the GDPR (such as consent, access, or deletion requests) do not apply.

If we ever introduce features that require data processing, we’ll update this policy and explain exactly what changes.

Qwava Website Privacy Policy

Introduction

This section explains how we handle data when you visit our website www.qwava.app.

We keep it simple: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking.

Hosting and server logs

Our site is built with Framer and hosted by Strato AG (Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany).

When you visit the site, Strato automatically collects basic server logs such as:

  • IP address

  • Date and time of access

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system used

These logs are stored temporarily for technical operation, security, and troubleshooting.

We do not have access to personally identifying information from these logs and do not combine them with other data.

No cookies or analytics

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or third-party tracking services on this website.

Email contact

If you email us directly (for example, with feedback or a support question), we’ll use your data only to reply to your message and will delete it once your request is resolved.

Legal basis

Data processing by Strato is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring the secure operation of the website).

We ourselves do not process, share, or store personal data on this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion.

While Qwava itself does not process personal data, you can always reach out to us for any privacy-related questions:

Updates

If we ever make changes to how we handle data (for example, adding new features or analytics), this Privacy Policy will be updated here.

You can always find the latest version on www.qwava.app/privacy.
